Unless otherwise stated, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 19 December 2016 and 27 December 2016. We refer to the notice of the Offer dated 19 December 2016 served on the Board of Directors of SRC and the notice to the shareholders of SRC dated 27 December 2016 in relation to the Offer. The Board of Directors of SRC wish to announce that the Company has today received a press release from RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that the offer document dated 9 January 2017, which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Offer together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer enclosed therein, has been despatched to the shareholders of SRC on even date. A copy of the press release issued by RHB Investment Bank Berhad is enclosed herewith for your information. This announcement is dated 9 January 2017.
