Company Announcements

We refer to the Company’s announcements on 2 and 18 February 2016 and RHB Investment Bank Berhad’s press release dated 1 February 2016 (“RHB’s Press Release”) in relation to the disposal of shares by the Company’s major shareholder. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all capitalised terms and expressions used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the announcement dated 2 February 2016 and RHB’s Press Release.

The Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to announce that it has received a copy of a press release/notice issued by RHB Investment Bank Berhad, acting as principal adviser on behalf of Malaysia Hengyuan International Limited (“MHIL”) after market trading hours on 30 September 2016, wherein SRC was notified that the period for the conditions precedent to be fulfilled under the SPA has been extended from the initial period of eight (8) months from the date of the SPA to 31 October 2016.
