The Board of Directors of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting of the Company dated 26 April 2019 and tabled at the said Annual General Meeting held on 28 May 2019 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
