Company Announcements

The Board of Directors of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad) ("the Company") wishes to annouce that with effect from 5 December 2017, the Nominating Committee and the Remuneration Committee shall be combined into one committee to be known as the Nominating and Remuneration Committee ("NRC").

The Composition of the NRC of the Company after the change shall be as follows:

1. Ms Lim Tau Kien (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director)

2. Mr Wang, YouDe (Member, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

3. Puan Fauziah Binti Hisham (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director)
