Announcement Details/Table Section: The Board of Directors of HENGYUAN REFINING COMPANY BERHAD (Formerly known as SHELL REFINING COMPANY (FEDERATION OF MALAYA) BERHAD) wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 58th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed, with the exception of resolutions 5, 8 and 9 which were withdrawn, at the AGM held today, 24 May 2017.
The resolutions were voted on by poll and the results of the poll were verified by SC Lim, Ng & Co, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
