Further to the announcement dated 27 April 2017 in relation to the above matter, the Company wishes to inform that the Company will withdraw the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate from the agenda of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 24 May 2017 and table it at the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 24 May 2017 at 3.30 p.m. or immediately upon the conclusion of the AGM for shareholders’ approval.
