The Board of Directors of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad [Formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad] (“the Company”) wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek approval from its shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate and new shareholders’ mandate for the Company to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
A Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the above proposal will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
