The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting ("57th AGM") of the Company, for the Company to amend its Articles of Association to be in line with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements as well as render clarify and consistency throughout the Articles of Association ("Proposed Amendments"). The Proposed Amendments shall be tabled as Special Business at the forthcoming 57th AGM for approval of shareholders of the Company. This announcement is dated 22 April 2016. |
