The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the renewal of the Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a Revenue or Trading Nature entered into by the Company, at the forthcoming Fifty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the above will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the Company's 2015 Annual Report in due course.
