The Board of Directors of the Company would like to announce that Shell Overseas Holdings Limited, the major shareholder of the Company, has issued a press release on 17 February 2016 in respect of the sale of all of its ordinary shares held in Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad representing 51% of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company to Malaysia Hengyuan International Limited (MHIL).
