Company Announcements

The Board of Directors of Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that Mr Wang, YouDe has been appointed as Member of the Remuneration Committee (“RC”) of the Company with effect from 24 February 2017.

The composition of the RC of the Company after the change shall be as follows:-

1. Datuk Zainun Aishah binti Ahmad –  Chairman (Independent and Non-Executive Director)
2. Dato’ Seri Talaat bin Haji Husain – Member (Senior Independent and Non-Executive Director)
3. Mr Wang, YouDe – Member (Non Independent and Non-Executive Director)
