The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it has received a copy of a press release issued by RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Offeror, after market trading hours on 31 January 2017, wherein SRC was notified that the Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Standard Time) on Tuesday, 31 January 2017.

In accordance with Paragraph 13.01, Part C of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the detailed disclosure of level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Standard Time) on Tuesday, 31 January 2017 is set out in Appendix I of the attached press release issued by RHB Investment Bank Berhad.
