Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all capitalised terms and expressions used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Company’s Announcements and RHB’s Press Releases.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that it has received a copy of a press release issued by RHB Investment Bank Berhad, acting as principal adviser on behalf of Malaysia Hengyuan International Limited, after market trading hours on 22 December 2016, wherein SRC was notified that the disposal of shares by the major shareholder of the Company (“Disposal”) has been effected via direct business transaction on 19 December 2016 at the Disposal consideration of USD66,300,000 or USD0.43 per SRC share (equivalent to RM293,760,000 or RM1.92 per SRC share based on the exchange rate of USD1:RM4.4310 as at 19 December 2016) and was completed on 22 December 2016.
