We refer to SRC’s announcements on 2 February 2016, 18 February 2016, 4 October 2016, 31 October 2016, 18 November 2016, (“Announcements”) and press notice by MHIL dated 1 February 2016 enclosed in the Announcement (“MHIL Press Notice”). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, abbreviations and definitions used throughout in this announcement shall be the same as those defined in the Announcement and MHIL Press Notice.

In accordance with the Rules on Take-Overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, the Board of Directors of SRC has on 24 November 2016 appointed AmInvestment Bank Berhad as the Independent Adviser in relation to the Proposed Take-Over Offer to advise the Company’s non-interested directors and holders of the remaining ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in SRC not already held by MHIL after the Proposed Acquisition.
